What is Project Management?
M.J.Harris Carpentry offer a service of project management. This service allows you to deal with just the one person throughout you entire building project.
Our project managers work with you from the beginning in the design stages. They will then co-ordinate all trades, making sure they run on time, consistently minimizing down time during the job. We set you a time line and promise to constantly keep you updated with our progress, saving you money by being efficient.
We work with your budget, monitoring costs throughout the entire project. We also have our own trades that we work with regularly, who know M.J.Harris Carpentry’s processes and policies. Our trades share the same company values and principles as us, working for 100% customer satisfaction.
