This charming weatherboard home in Moonee Ponds was just requiring a little TLC. Our brief for this house was to put double french doors with an awning window onto the back room, with a step onto the brick paving.
Part of the works we needed to complete to manage this job was to rebuild sections of the rear to allow for the doors and window. This meant replacing many of the weather boards on this section of the home.
Complete with weather proofing and insulation, priming and painting by M J Harris Painting, the complete job came up looking very authentic.
Now this entrance looks like it was always part of the house.
